Anti Aging Secrets– Do’s and Don’ts

DO: Use an eye cream

Face masks helps in rejuvenating your skin. So, use face masks at least once a week. If your skin is prone to dryness, use a hydrating face mask and if you have oily skin you can use a mud mask.
DO: Use products that contain antioxidants
Antioxidants are one of the most powerful anti-aging ingredients. They help to eliminate wrinkles and fine lines and can help tighten your skin.
DO: Eat healthy
Eat healthy. Include fresh fruits and raw and leafy vegetables in your diet to keep your skin looking radiant

Drink at least 2 litres of water every day. Keep yourself hydrated

Spend some time everyday to exercise. Do basic exercises and meditate to stay healthy.
DON’T: Forget to moisturize
Find the right moisturizer for your skin as lack of moisture can make your skin look more dry and will result in quicker aging. Use the moisturizer generously, everyday. And, for those who suffer from extremely dry skin, add in a hydrating treatment like an oil massage for an extra boost of moisture.
DON’T: Go without shades
If you have to stand for a long time under sun, wear shades. This protects the skin around your eyes in the best way possible.
DON’T: Forget sunscreen
What ever the season is, if you need to go out under the sun, never skip sunscreen. And using a proper sunscreen everyday can help a lot in preventing aging.
Understand that aging is a very natural process. Do not worry about it and try to stop it, as it will make the condition much worse. Keep smiling and accept yourself lovingly and positively.
