Do you want to keep your fridge as good as new

Do you want to keep your fridge as good as new

Here is some tips.

Clean your fridge out at least once in every month.

  • Keep a small jar (with the lid off) of baking soda in the fridge which will absorb excess moisture.
  • Check weekly for bad products to help keep out odors.
  • Scrub inside the fridge with baking soda on a damp cloth/sponge once in every week
  • If you want to keep the inside of your fridge smell fresh and pleasant, Wet a cotton ball with vanilla essence and put it inside.
  • Another amazing method to keep your fridge away from disgusting smell is to keep some freshly ground coffee evenly on a plate and put it in the fridge for 24 hours. Coffee is known to absorb smells effectively, thus giving your fridge a pleasant smell.
  • While cleaning the inside of the fridge, add 5 tablespoon of salt in a liter of warm water and use this solution to wipe off inside the fridge.
  • Never keep rotten fruits or vegetables inside your fridge as it will cause a bad smell. This bad smell can be removed by wiping the insides of the fridge using tomato juice. Give a final rinse with warm water.
  • You can prevent fruits and vegetables from getting damaged by lining the inside of the tray with bubble wrap.
  • Treat the smudge and stain with club soda
  • In order to regain the lost shine of your fridge, apply some olive or baby oil with a muslin cloth on the outer surface. Wipe it off after five minutes.
  • Clean below the fridge and its backside coils too, using an old cloth.
  •  Set your fridge and freezer temperatures appropriately. If you set the temperature too high , it will lead to faster spoilage and more stinkage. And if it is too low , it means you are going to waste money on your utility bill and also contribute to climate change.
